Hi! My name is C. D. MacKenzie.
Well—not exactly. I don’t go by my pseudonym IRL (or at my corporate girlie job).
While I can't share my name, I can share that I grew up in the mountains. My dad read the first few Harry Potters to me out loud. I studied Finance and never fancied myself a writer, but then, one day, something crazy happened.
I wrote a novel! It was 2020. Increased free time and blurred lines between work and home inspired my fingers to hit the keyboard.
It took five months to finish the first draft. And while the road to publishing has been long, I’m beyond excited to share my debut novel with you.
